BTOG 2022 Scholarship Fund - Awarded
This fund was for those who have submitted an abstract to the Virtual BTOG 2022 and are a concessionary rate HCP (including allied health professional, nurse specialist, radiographer or trainee doctor up to and including specialist registrar grade).  We received and awarded 74 applications for funding for the registration fee to the Virtual BTOG 2022 Annual Conference.  A full list can be found here.

20th Annual BTOG Conference 2022 Abstract System

EXTENDED Closing Date: 6th December 2021, 12:00 Noon GMT (no further extensions after this date)

You are invited to submit your original, previously unpublished, research or audit carried out by your department or group as a poster abstract (click here).

The abstract maximum is 300 words - any references also form part of the total word count. The abstract title is not included in the word count and in addition you can include one diagram or table. Please note the published abstracts will be in black and white print only.

BTOG’s position on encore abstracts is that an abstract/poster submitted/presented at another conference and then submitted to BTOG 2022 must contain additional information or data to the original and the previous submission/presentation must be declared on the submission.

Abstract notification 17th December 2021.

BTOG 2022 e-posters on the BTOG 2022 virtual platform will include the abstract as submitted, PDF poster (provided by the submitter), option to include a pre-recorded soundbite explaining your work (provided by the submitter). There will be a formal poster presentation session on Friday 28th January 2022 (time TBC) where you will be able to ‘stand’ at your poster and interact with visitors.
