Concessionary rate is for Nurses (specialist, research, other), allied health professionals, radiographers and doctors in training (up to and including specialist registrar grade)

Accredited members of the press may attend the conference free-of-charge but the dinner is chargeable +VAT.
BTOG 2024 Call for Abstracts
- Closing date: Monday 8th January 2024, 12:00 midnight GMT
- Original, previously unpublished, research or audit carried out by your department or group – 300 words max.
- Encores – previously submitted/presented at another conference - must contain additional information or data to the original and the previous submission/presentation must be declared on the submission.
- Case reports can be submitted but these are generally only accepted if there is a significant learning point associated with the case or series of cases.
- One of the authors must commit to delivering an oral presentation at BTOG 2024 if selected.
- Posters will need to be mounted and ready by 12:00 noon on Wednesday 17th April 2024.
Scholarship applications now open
You can submit your applications for a scholarship to attend the BTOG annual conference from 7th December 2023. Applications must be received by 28th February 2024.
Applicants must:
- Be a healthcare professional involved in care or treatment of patients with thoracic malignancies or involved in research in the UK and
- Be an allied health professional, nurse specialist, radiographer or trainee doctor up to and including specialist registrar grade or consultant and
- Submit an abstract to the annual conference and will attend annual conference.
