Notes: Original, previously unpublished research or audit carried out by your department or group can be submitted. Juniors (defined as healthcare professionals in training) can also enter their abstract for consideration for an oral presentation at BTOG 2012. Nurses can submit poster abstracts to BTOG 2012 previously submitted to NLCFN 2011. BTOG 2012 Abstracts will be published in a supplement to the Elsevier publication lung cancer. Please note that submission of an abstract implies consent by the authors for inclusion in the supplement.
- Poster acceptances will be notified by email on or before Weds 7 December 2011
- Oral presentations will be notified by email on or before Weds 7 December 2011
- Poster Prizes (3 x £250 and 10 x £100) will be announced at the conference
Poster Design and Print Service for Delegates - For BTOG 2012, BTOG has continued its relationship with Scienceposters, a specialist poster design and print service for delegates to use if they wish. All proofing is carried out using pdf drafts, and the service is extremely hassle-free with a quick turnaround.
Print Only Service - Scienceposters also offer a print-only service whereby they will print your A0 poster from a pdf or Powerpoint file for £38 plus p&p. Flight baggage charges can be avoided by requesting fabric printing - an A0 poster is supplied folded in an A4 sized box and costs £63 plus P&P. Alternatively posters can be sent direct to Dublin for collection - delivery costs will depend on the number of posters requested but should be no more than £5 per order.
